12. is now assessed in your name thM
on the 12th day of May, A. D. 1903, at
the sale of land pursuant to the real
estate tax judgment, duly given and
made in and by the District Court in
and for the said County of St. Louis
on the 19th day of March. A. D. 1903,
in proceedings to enforce the payment
of taxes 'delinquent upon real estate ter
the year 1901 for the said County of St.
Louis the above described piece or par­
cel of land was bid in for the State of
Minnesota for the sum of One and 91
100 Dollars and duly sold by forfeited
sale1 on the 14th day of November, A.
D. 1910, for the sum of Thirty-nine and
11-100 Dollars, and the amount re­
quired to redeem said piece or parcel
of land from said sale, exclusive of the
cost to accrue upon this notice, is the
sum of Thirty-nine and 11-100 Dollars
and interest at the rate of twelve per
cent per annum from said 14th day of
November, A. D. 1910, to the day such
redemption is made.
And that the said tax certificate has
been presented to me by the holder
thereof, and the time for redemption of
said piece or parcel of land from said '-4'^
sale will expire sixty (60) days after
the service of this notice and proof
thereof has been filed in my office.
