The meeting of the New Bem organization No. 145, whose of ficers are William C. Woodara, Rocky Mount, director, and C. A. Seiffert, New Bern, impresario, Vill be attended by Earl Goodwin, James E. L. Wade and L. A. Haney, all of Wilmington. A business meeting has been called for 5:13 p. m. to be followed by a banquet at 8:30 in the Club Diamond after which a social hour has been arranged'. NELSON RETURNED HERE TO ANSWER BREAK-IN CHARGE Daniel Pere Nelson, 23, was re lumed here from Hillsborough tounty, Florida, and lodged in the New Hanover county jail in default of $1,000 bond, in connection with khe break-in and .robbery of the Pearsall home, Market street, some time ago. Nelson was returned by Deputy Iheriff S. B. Yopp after he had seen extradited by the governor sf Florida at the request of Gover nor R. Gregg Cherry. His trial is scheduled for the May criminal term of Superior Court, it was learned last night.
