AREA RENT OFFICE

5 In answer to inquiries which

E “The Wilmington office has not
E yet been notified of the issuance

IT HAPPENED HERE
That life begins at 40 was
given material evidence yes
terday morning in the post
office lobby. .Standing alone in
the center of the floor, with a
look of bewilderment-, was a
little old lady—possibly 75, or
older. As she glanced around,
her bewilderment seemed to
turn to fright. Peeking from
behind a column post, near the
stairway leading to the second
floor, was another old lady of
possibly the same age. “Booh”,
she exclaimed as she stepped
into the open. “Couldn’t you
find me?” she asked her friend.
The hewilderment left the face
of the first woman as they both
laughed. “Hide-and-go-seek and
at opr age,” both exclaimed.

Witnesses said the accident oc
curred when Carmichael’s sleeve
became entangled in the saw’s
blade and drew him into it, cutting
him in half.
