stallment credit showed up today
in a Federal reserve board re- ;
port. Government controls over
installment buying terms end at
midnight tonight.
The board reported that the vol
ume of installment credit, stead
ily mounting toward the $6,000,

$113,000,000 in September to a
total of $5,298,000,000.
