The future of the Jewish nationality and of Palestine is to be determined at the Peace Conference now being convened at Versailles. The American Jewish Congress has formulated the aspirations of the Jews of America with regard to the future of Palestine and its relation to the destiny of the Jewish people. Let the Jews of America themselves, under their own signatures, back up the American Jewish Congress resolution in order that President Wilson, who has given his personal ap* proval of the Zionist Movement, may have the full strength of American Jewry behind him. SIGN THIS PETITION AND GET ALL OTHER JEWS TO SIGN IT. "WE, THE UNDERSIGNED CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, respectfully urge the Peace Conference to recognize the aspira tions and historic claims of the Jewish people with regard to Palestine, and to declare that in accordance with the British Government's declaration of November 2nd, 1917, endorsed by the Allied Governments and the President of the United States, there shall be established such political, administrative, and economic conditions in Palestine as will assure, under the trusteeship of Great Britain, acting on behalf of such League of Nations as may be formed, the development of Palestine into a Jewish Commonwealth, it being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non Jewish communities^ in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country."
