They embrace the views of 'he three rreal parties in England-Whig, Tory, and Radical. "JBlackwoed" and the ? London Quarterly" are Tory, the "Edinburgh Review" Whig, and the "Westminster," Radical. The "North British Review" is of a more Religious cast, and has fer iU editors Sir David Brewster and Dr. Hanna, son in-law of the late Dr. Chalmers, of Edinburgh.
