NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
OF STOCKHOLDERS
To the Stockholders of
the Corporation:
Notice is hereby given that
special meeting of the stockholders
of Universal Zonolite Insulation Co.,
a Montana corporation, will be held
the 15th day pf December, 1947,
at 10.00 o'clock in the forenoon,
at the general office of the Company
at Libby, Montana, for the follow
ing purposes:
1. To vote on an amendment to
Article First of the Articles
of Incorporation, said article,
as amended' to read as fol
lows;
"First: The nameof the cor
poration is Zonolite Com
pany.'' .
2. To transact such other busi
ness as may properly come
• before thp meeting.
The attached proxy is being
solocited by the management. On
said proxy a öpace is provided
whereby each stockholder may in
dicate whether his shares of stock
should be voted for or against the
amendment. In the event a pre
ference is not noted on the proxy,
then the shares of stock of such
stockholder will be voted in favor
of the amendment to the Articles of
Incorporation.
