from Merrill Street to Robinwood
Road, and the establishment of a
grade on said street, between the
aforesaid points, as the same was
accepted by the Board of Aldermen
November 8th, IMS, approved No
vember 10th, IMS, made report to
the Board of Aldermen, setting forth
that they caused reasonable notice
to be given to all persons Interested
In the proposed public Improvement
In all respects, pursuant to the pro
visions of the charter of said city
