Plan to Exploit Connecticut Fruit Fruit growing in Connecticut and methods of making It more popular will be the subjects for discussion by the Connecticut iPomologfcal society when It has its three days' session on Keb. 6, 7 and S, in FodtGuard hall, Hartford. "We want to advertise our fruit," said Mr. Staples yesterday, "and get the consumers to realize that there are no better apples, peaches, pears, etc., grown anywhere in the country tlian in New England. "It is our plan to educate the peo ple so that they will use our - own home grown fruit instead of getting so much from the tropical sections of the country.
