Notice is therefore hereby given that the Lands and Town Lots which have been returned delinquent for the year 1845, by the road supervisors of said county, or so much thereof ,is may be necessary to satisfy the taxes, and costs, charged thereon, will be sold at the court house door tn Iowa City, on the first Monday of February next, by the Treasurer of said county, commencing at 10 o'clock A.
