To-day they will declare cither their approbation of profligacy in State expenditures by electing Republican officials, or their disapprobation of cor ruption in office by electing Democrat ic officials. To-day the voters of this Judicial District will place a man up on the Bench, of tried experience, of great purity of character, of ability, dignity and impartiality as udge, or they will elect a man, untried, and of immature judgment, merely because he desires tbe honor of being called a Judge.
