Justice Hunter is accompanied by several )>arristers from Vancouver and other British Columbian points. Among the latter are A. J. Kappele, A. D. Taylort Kdgar Bloom field and A. T. Wills Solomon, all of Vancouver. It is thought that the present term of the general court will nol be contin- ; ued as long as have some ofthe sessions in that district, though Justice Huhter will remain there as long as there is business to do. Ben Smith, one of ?everal persons charged with having crtninal relations with the Donaldson girl on Eldorado creek, was found net guity today in the territorial court. The Donaldson girl is under 14 years of age. George Mick was found guilty of stealing a horse from Albert Traboldt and sentenced two years at hard labor. | BEATRICE IN CiiQiiiittu Passenger Steamer Arrives in Port The trim new r>assenger steamer Princess Beatrice of the Canadian Pa cific line arrived in port this morning at ?> o'clock with 21 passengers and 400 tons of freight, and American and Ca nadian mail. The Princess Beatrice is one of the neatest and prettiest ships that has ever made its appearance in tne Skagway harbor. She is in command of Capt. McLennan, well and favorably known in the north. Purser Kennedy, who made so many friends in the north when purser of the Princess May, ison the Beatrice. The Princess Beatrice will sail for the south this evening at ti o'clock with 50 passengers.
