The furniture was all destroyed, but the bui ding was saved. "It U believed to be work of an in cendiary as the windows were found broken in, as if it had been done with an axe, and a placard hail been tacked on the door reading 'We will use dy namite nest time.' "Myers is still away, and the mys tery remains unsolved since he was supposed to be a man literally without enemies in the camp. "Friends report that Myers had laughingly told them of attempts by unknown parties to blackmail him in to leaving a sum of money and a por tion of food at some point designated. Myers took the matter in the way of a joke and dismissed the anonymous letters as a joke of friends bent on giv ing him a scare.
