On the Jefferson thtre were over 50 passengers who are bound for Dawson and Fairbanks. Many of the old timers are going in. Among them being Mr. and Mrs Dan M .Gilvray and Hei man Jones heads a party of sevon bound for Dawson and W. J. Anstett has six in his party who are going to Dawson. The latter has horses and sleds aid will use private conveyance. VOCillST TO VISIT ALASKA Miss Marguerite Longacre, well known in Seattle as a vocalist, was to leave on the Dolphin for h concert tour of towns in Southeastern Alaska. She will be accompaniel by her pianist, Miss Carrie Florilla Spaulding. Last summer Miss Longacre made a trip to Noin?aud Juneau on the steamer ttuanoke and gave ooncerts at both places.
