Dr Town8E.nd- Dear Sir -1 was taken, a little over a
year ago, with a sevt re cough ami (win in my side; it increased
oil me very tost indeed. I was pronounced by physicians
to have the quick consumption. I raised large'quantities
of bad matter, had night sw eats, and?sinking v?ry
last my doctor said he could do nothing for nie. I went to
the hospital, in hope of being benefited, but was pronounced .
as incurable. I was now greatly distressed at the lungs, ami
could hardly breaths: I soon became emaciated, and expected
to die; was confined to my bed, and whs obliged to
have watchers. Indeed, I cannot give you any description
that would do justice to my case. I was supposed by my
friends fo bv past recovery; I li:ul tried a great number of j
. remedies, and all set med to be of no effect. I read ol the.
most extraordinary cures, performed by your medicine, and
to tell you the truth, I suspected there was some humbug in
