A jury in the case clear ed Mr. Ttohlnson and his wife of the allegations that they were parties to a conspiracy. The bank was also awarded the costs of the trial. Fitzpatrick and pleaded not guilty. Judge Irltipatrick bound him over to the December term of the su perior court under bonds of g3,000, which were furnished by Genaro Mariano. Yiele, was accused of stab bing Lester Moorcroft of New Brit ain and James Cotter of this town, who was discharged from the Meri d'.n hospital last Wednesday. It is alleged that Yiele stabbed Moorcroft during an argument, and that Cotter was knifed when he went to the . latter'? rescue, Moor croft had a hazy Idea of the cause of the combat, and in court could not. identify . Viele as his assailant. Cotter testified that he heard ehouts and, on investigating them, was stab bed by Viele. Teddy Dombrowskl of Walllng ford surrendered himself to th locul authorities and will carry out the sentence Imposed upon him some time ago. Hs was arrested on charges of reckless driving snd driv ing while "under th influence," and he was fined 100 and costs amount ing to 1128.40 and sentenced to 10 days in Jail.
