The chamber of deputies today voted unanimously, without roll call, the government's convention with the Hank of France regarding tlieuse to be made of the $100,000,000 Morgan loan. The agreement provides that "the state will pay to the account of the Bank of France in New York the proceeds of the J 100,000,000 loan contracted on the American market, and the Hani; of France Will credit the state in francs with a sum cor- j regarding- the use to be made of the j basis of five francs IS centimes to ' the dollar. Britishers C omplain Tlint Sightseers Are Spoiling the Sport of Hunt ing. London, Dec. 27. Huntsmen out for the sport tills season declare that the automobilists who flock to the scene are so numerous that they threaten to spoil the sport in their anxiety to see as much of the .chase as possible. Yesterday when Vis count I.ascelles, who is master of the Iiramham Moor hounds, headed the meet at Wetlierby, near his York shire home, there were motor cars by the hundreds on band, and fol lowers on toot by the thousand. There was considerable disappoint ment on the part of the crowd of .spectators at the absence of Princess Mary. It is not so many years since mo tor cars were forbidden even on race courses, but most huntsmen are coming to realize that the motor ears must, be accepted as inevitable. One suggestion is made that masters of honni's should dive motorists in dications of what part of the coun try is going to be drawn so that the cars can be marshalled conveniently at different points of vantage.
