Two men were killed and another Injured when an automobile believed to have boen stolen In Boston last night crashed Into the rear end of a heavy truck early today on upland road, Norwood. The automobile waa de mollahed. At an early hour the Iden tity of the victims had not been es talllshed. The Injured man, said to have been the driver of the car, was taken to Norwood hospital, where physi cians said his wounds were not ser ious. The automobile waa owned by a physician In the Back Bay district of Boston. Find Body of Man Vho Has Been Long Missing Hooslck Falls. N. Y., April S3. The body of Joseph Leo, who had been missing for nearly three years, was exhumed today form a shallow grave In the cellar of a partially de stroyed and abandoned house where he formerly lived. Part of the body was uncovered last night by Walter Springer, who was digging In the cellar for worms preparatory to go ing fishing. The authorities learned that Leo had lived here for several months with his family after the house where his body waa found had been fi"troyed by fire. -At the time of his disappearance a fruitless search was made for him. Morlarlty and Blair pleaded not guilty to the charge and were re leased on $8,000 ball each.
