Mr. Wilcoxson died in a Harlem hospital last Friday from a skull fracture after he had been taken to the alcoholic ward of the institution two days pre viously by a taxleab chauffeur. Murder, Family Thinks Mrs. Wilcoxson, who believes that her husband may have been the victim of robbers, charges police and hospital officials with indiffer ence in the case and has requested the investigation. Her stepson, Frank Wilcoxson. a chemical research worker at the William Boyco Thompson institute for plant re search in Yonkers, believes his fath er was murdered. Pr. Charles Norrls, medical ex aminer who performed an autopsy Saturday night, reported that Mr. Wilcoxson died from a severe frac ture, of the top of his skull and that he had been drinking at the time of his injury.
