Sales of bonds in this week's period mentioned were of a par value of $11,000, against $55,000 last week, or a decrease of $44,000, making a net decrease of $18.H81.T5 in the total transactions of this week. Of thirteen sugar stocks dealt in. three show a recovery in part from the recent slump, five have declined from last Saturday's quotations and five are unchanged. Of four non sugars changing hands two have de clined, while the others are unchang ed.
