inhabitants, who have been hard hit
by the steadily increasing cost cf liv
ing. A large portion of stew' is sold
for about 8 1-2 cents. . In connection
with the' kitchen a course of Instruc
tion in the economical preparation of
food wIH be conducted for the, wives
ut laborers. The course will be free.
