1902, recorded In the Hawaiian Regis
try of Deeds in Liber 239, Tgu 103,
given by the Honolulu Rapid Transit
and Land Company, a corporation, to
the Union Trust Company of ' San
Francisco, Trustee, securing an Issue
of $1,000,000 in bond, the said Ho
nolulu. Rapid Transit and Land Com
pany, has elected and intends tn avail
