There are those who may fancy that volleyball is a game such as ping pong, but 'tis not so. The Paiamas have but recently taken to volleyball, but have already by consistent' practise and ipterdub games developed a fast first-class bunch of players and are going to be a hard team to beat. Lionel Brash, the Palama captain, is a player that believes in efficient team work and has rounded his men into tiptop shape. The P. B. C. team, headed by J. Gomes and made up of a number of the Braves, have entered with but little hope of bringing home the ba con, but with a determination of doing their very best and building for the future. The P. B. C. club is a new organization and this coming Septem ber at the beginning of the year's sport they are booked to enter teams in all the different events. The sche dule is as follows: Palama and P. B.
