In the six years of this company's existence
there has been written 5387 Fire Insurance poli
cies directly in the Home Insurance Co., aggre
gating a volume of $7,715,850.00, upon which
premium have been collected in the sum of
$161,976.89.
In miscellaneous lines the Home Insurance
Co. has written $3,316,982.00, upon which prem
iums of $49,785.79 have been collected.
In the short time the Home Insurance Co. has
been General Agents for the Western States
Life Insurance Co., 850 policies have been writ
ten aggregating a volume of Life Insurance
business of $1,294,760.00.
In all lines, there has been paid 249 separate
losses aggregating $31,206.06. Each loss has
been satisfactorily adjusted and promptly paid.
Three death claims have been paid aggregat
ing $7000.00 and one disability claim of $4250.00
on Life Insurance policy.
Investments have been made during that time
aggregating 61 collateral loans representing
$128,116.10. 39 mortgage loans aggregating
$77,030.00. $40,917.20 have been expended in
salaries during the six years and the Home In
surance Co. now holds local bonds totaling
$27,500.00.
