SOLD MILK WITHOUT LICENSE.
WAILUKU, Maui, Aug. 17. John
Telles, a dairyman of Wailuku, who
was arrested and fined $5 last week
for selling milk without a license, is
having his herd of cows tested and
his place cleaned up, after which he
will probably be granted the neces
sary permit. It was because Telles
has not had his cows tested for tuber
culosis, that the board of health refus
ed to indorse him for a license.
