and No. 102 of the City and County of
Honolulu, all persons holding water
privileges under meter rates are here
by notified that the water rates for
the neriod ending November 30, 1917,
are due and payable on the FIRST day
of December, 1917.
Upon failure to pay such water
rate- within THIRTY days thereafter
an additional charge of Ten Per Cent
ill be added.
All privileges upon which rates re
main unpaid after January .1, 1917,
will be shut off forthwith.
