Rt. Rev. Bishop Henry Bond Restarick,
who was expected to arrive by the Clau
dine, wrote that he was detained in Ho
nolulu but would leave for Wailuku the
first Tuesday in April.
Judge Parsons of the Circuit Court at
Hilo was a passenger to Wailuku last
Saturday to hear Appeal and Chamber
cases in which Judge Kepoikai was dis
qualified. He returned to Hilo by the
Kinau Tuesday evening.
Bishop Libert, who visited Maui last
week, and who leaves for Rome in April,
will be accompanied by Father Valentin
of Honolulu. They will visit different
countries in Europe, as well as spend
some time on the U. S. mainland, and
expect to call on President Roosevelt.

Entranco Buoy No. 2, a red
second-class starboard hand channel
buoy will be established about March
11 or. tho easterly side of the outer
end of the 30-foot dredged channel
into Pearl Harbor.
