robbed the Japanese bank of $4,200,
killing the cashier, MunaUiKa. and
robbed Doctor Leland and several
othors. Both men wen; arrested
Saturday for assaulting Jeweler Beh
John Siemsen, who claims to bo a
Hawaiian, and who is under arrest in
San Francisco for the murder nf
Fricde and tho Japanese hank offi
cials, is well known on Hawaii. He
has been hi prison sovoral times in
tho Territory for petty stealing.
