tion and Accounts of Arceno Tei
xeira, Executrix of the estate of
Antone Gonsalves Teixeira, of
Wailuku, Maui, deceased, wherein
petitioner asks to be allowed Noth
ing, and charged with Nothing,
and asks that the same be examined
and approved, and that a final or
der be made of Distribution of the
remaining property to the persons
thereto entitled and discharging
petitioner and sureties from all
further responsibility herein.
It is Ordered, that Monday, the
22nd day of January, A. D. 1912,
at 10 o'clock A. M. before the
Judge presiding at Chambers of
said Court at his Court Room in
Wailuku, Maui, be and the same
hereby is appointed the time and
place for hearing said Petition and
Accounts, and that all persons in
terested may then and there appear
and show cause, if any they have,
why the same should not be grant
ed, and may present evidence as to
who are entitled to the, said pro
perty. And that notice of this
Order, be published in the Maui
News, a weekly newspaper printed
and published in said Wailuku,
for three successive weeks, the last
publication to be not less than two
weeks previous to the time therein
appointed for said hearing.

Notice to Sportsmen.
Act 45 of the Session Laws of 1911
provides that Hunting License Fees
collected in this County is to be used
for the preservation and importation
of game birds in this County.
The County Treasurer has col
lected up to November 30 for Hunt
ing License Fees the amount of
$350.00 which is now available, and
should be expended as provided by
law.
The Board of Supervisors of . the
County of Maui feels that, inasmuch
as you have contributed to the above
mentioned fund and directly inter
ested and will be benefitted by the
importation of such i;aino birds as
would be best fitted to the climatic
nnd other conditions of our County,
you should be heard in this matter.
By direction of said Board I here
by request you to make through this
offico Buch suggestions as you deem
best for the proper expenditure of
the Hunting License Fees not later
than January 10th, 1912.
