K. Fernandez, the official Joy j maker for this Islands big annual ; event, who arrived from Honolulu on j the Mauna Kea, Wednesday night. I Fernandez declared the amusement i seekers at the Fair will find a band I of real American Indians who will do ! the war dances of their tribe. No i lake makeup either. All the embel lishments ol leathers and war paint will add lo the attraction. They'll show how the Indians build their teppce's and they will ride broncho's alter the real style of the Wesl. Great Variety The "Globe of Fale" featuring Men doza, the dare devil king is a wonder. Mendoza, a fearless rider, circles a steel globe on a high powered motor cycle risking life and limb. Its some thing new, that has never before been shown in the Islands. The monkey speedway with H trained monkeys driving miniature automobiles will draw a large crowd. They're guaranteed to do a "monkey mile" a minute. Hen Corbet t America's famous bull (hmging cowboy will do fancy and trick riding. You'll like him. Other Novelties Besides the side shows there will be many new concessions and special novelty attractions for the children, such as Hying canary birds, whistling warblers and novelty electric fans. Probably the greatest attraction for the kiddie's will be the merry-go-round and the ferris wheel. Iioth are now being constructed at the Fair grounds. Less than two weeks now remain before the opening of the big gates to the Fair Grounds at Kahului. The work of installing the numerous con cessions will go ahead rapidly under the direction of Fernandez. "I'll be ready on time with the greatest layout of attractions for both the young and the old that the County Fair has seen," he declared.
