New Castle, Dec. 9.—The proceed ings of Court subsequent to those pub lished in our laic edition ot yesterday are follows : After the application of Mr. Gray for a postponement of the Dodsou ca-e, there was uothing done. After the Court had re-assembled in the afternoon ihe two persons couvicted of capital crimes—Harley U. Brown and Geo. Draper— werft brought out and placed in the dock. Geo. Draper, tor the murder of John Wilsou, at Middletown, in September last, was the tirst sentenced. This Yesterday morning, while two men were out gunning 011 the Hats, about half a in tie below the Tasker Iron Works, at Newcastle, they discovered two dead bodies lying in a sort of a trench. Tlie g- internen immediately went to New Castle, and telegraphed the fact of their discovery to Coroner Ilutz, who upon the receipt of the telegram went to New Castle, and tlmnce to the spot where the bodies were found.
