Where a secret infirmity exists involving the happiness of a life and that of others, reason and morality dic tate the necessity of its removal; for it is a fact that premature decline of the vigor of manhood, matrimonial unhappiness, compulsory single life, etc., have their sources in causes the germ of which is planted in early life, and the bitter fruit tasted long afterwards ; patients laboring under this com plaint will complain of one or more of. the following symptoms : Nocturnal Emissions, Pains in the Back and Head, Weakness of Memory and Sight, Discharge from the Uretha on going to stool or making water, the Intellectual Faculties are Weakened, Loss of Memory ensues, Ideas are clouded, and there is a disinclination to attend to business, or even to reading, writing or the society of friends, etc. The patient will j robably complain of Dizziness, Vertigo, and that Sight and Hearing are weakened and sleep disturbed by dreams, mel ancholy, sighing, falntings, coughs and slow fever ; while some have external rheu matic pains and numbness of the body ; some of the most common symptoms are pimples in the face and aching in different parts of the body. Patients suffering from this disease should apply immediately to DR. PERRAULT, either in person or by letter, as he will guarantee a cure of Seminal Emissions and Impotence in six or eight weeks. Patients suffering from Veneral diseases in ary stage, Qonorreha, Gleet, Strictures, Bubo Ulcers, Cutaneous Eruptions, etc., be treated success fully ; all Syphilitic and Morcurial Taints entirely removed from the system. , DR. PERRAULT’S Diplomas are in his office, where patients can see for themselves that they are under the care of a regularly educated practitioner. Patients suffering under Chronic diseases can call and examine for themselves. Thomas Greene, sole Proprietor of the .Patent Right for the Pacific Coast. There are but few inventions or discoveries which produce a complete revolution in any de partment of labor. To have supposed, a year ago, that the dirtiest garment could be washed clean, in twenty or thirty minutes, by boiling alone, would have been regarded as an indication of in sanity. But it has been demonstrated beyond any doubt, that this process not only cleans the clothes, but that garments thus washed become whiter and clearer the longer it is used. Some people suggest that clothes will get yellow after awhile, by being washed in this way ; but such a supposition has no foundation in fact, and is contradicted by the ex perience of every lady who has adopted this mode of washing. Everybody who has tried the machine in Shasta have expressed themselves highly pleased with its operations. It must be seen to be fully appre ciated, as its full merits cannot be properly set forth in an ordinary advertisement Public and private tests have been given of this aparatus for the last six months, and more than a million of people have witnessed its success. Ten thousand boilers were sold in New York City in less than five months, from one stand, and at this time the orders reach about one hundred a day. No one ever used it as directed that did not recommend it. It has been recommended by more than five thousand persons in less than six months. Among the names arc those of the most distinguished cit izens of the United States ; but the best recommen dation is to take the boiler and use it yourself. Do just as you are directed and you will be more than satisfied. It appeals to us all as a matter of econ omy, and can be shown to be the best kind of an investment. It will return a yearly dividend in cash of TWO HUNDRED PER CENT, on the money invested. For instance, we will suppose your*white clothing such as bed and table linen ladies’ and gentlemens’ wear, and childrens’ cloth ing, only cost you $4O a year. They will last twice as long washed in this way as by the old method. Thus, you a dually save $2O a year by investing 10 or 200 per cent, annually. There is no family scarcely “but spends more than here stated ; but tins is takem. as a very low average of this branch of family expense. Added to this hr fho great con venience and comfort of-febo-thing, which, all taken together, makes it a luxury which no“family can well afford to be without. This Boiler sells the best of any article ever offer ed to the public. Anybody after trying it fairly will not let it go>out of of tin» bouse. ■ Directions. Fill the boiler with ioftj water to within about three inches of the top of the inside boiler. Slice np one pound bar of good hard soap. Bring the water to a boil, and then plaee the clothes in the hot water. The water will imme diately pour over the shell all around, and if it boils or nr raise the lid. Keep np a hot fire for twenty minutes. Then take the clothes ont and immediately BUDS them through in soft water. If any shade of the dirt remains, a few rube will take it all out. Then rinse them in clean water, wring dry, and the wash ing is done. Give particular heed to the following SUGGESTIONS. The clothes need not be wet before placing them in the Boiler. It is of vUal importance to THOR OUGHLY SUDS theelothing alter boiling. Every lady knows that the least particle of suds left in the clothes to dry will cause the elotMt to look yellow. A brisk fire is important in to pro duce rapid boiling. Time may be saved by stirring or turning the clothes occasionally while boiling. The cover should not be removed, except when necessary, in order to insure quick work. If the washing be a large one, the clothes should be as sorted, as dirty shirts, for instance, will require double the time of sheets, pillow oases, napkins, Ac. Articles much soiled may be left in for a second boiling. White flannels may be beautiful! washed (without FULLING) by this process. They should be put in when the water is hot, and rinsed out in hot water. Colored clothes should not be mixed with white, and unless the colors are fast they should never be washed by this process. The most delicate laces, cambrics, Ac., such as would nearly fall to places if washed in the ordinary way, may be washed per fectly, without injury, by this process. The almost absolute necessity of using soft, or “broken,’' water, is so well as to hardly mead mention here. No machine ever invented will entirely remove the streaks from dirty wrist-bands and Collars. This Self-washing Boiler more nearly does it than any other.device. Should a shade or streak remain, it w ill be found to be so reduced and softened as to disappear without the use of a wash-board, by merely rubbing them with the hands, thus avoiding all the wear and tear of clothing by washing. It has been carefully estimated that clothing receives more than ONE-HALF ITS WEAR by the old process of RUBBING, and consequently will last twice as long If washed by this new process, which alone would pay for a Boiler many times during a single year, in almost any family, to say nothing of the important consideration of saving labor.
