BEGINNING, at corner No. l, which is identical with location, corner no. 3 Jumbo Lode Mining Claim no. 8, and corner No. 4 Jumbo Lode Mining Claim no. 7, U, S, Mineral Survey no. 1049, marked by an iron bar three-quarters of an inch in diameter, two feet above ground with a copper tag attached marked ”Cor. 3 Jumbo 8, Cor. 4 Jumbo 7 - 1049” and “Cor. 1, Jumbo 9- 1073”, whence U. S. Location Monument No. 4 bears' South 43 degrees, 02 minutes, 32 seconds East, 2903.7 feet; Kennecolt Copper Corporation triangulation sta tion ”P” bears South 79 degrees, 37 minutes, West, 090.0 feet; Thence, South 77 degrees, 53 minutes West along line 4-3 Jumbe No. 7 Lode Survey No. 1019, 1500 feet to corner No. 2, identical with location corner and corner No. 3 Jumbo No. 7 Lode, Survey 1049, and marked by an iron bar three quarters of an inch in diameter. 18 inches above ground with copper tag attached marked “Cor 3 Jum bo 7-1049” and “Cor 2 Jumbo 9- 1073”. A cross (X) mark on limestone wall marked ”2-1073 B. It.” bears North GO degrees. 29 minutes, East a distance of 12.88 feet. A cross (X) mark on limestone wall marked ”2 - 1073 B, R.”, bears South 50 degrees, 30 minutes East a distance of 15.02 feet. Thence, North 37 degree, 7 minutes West along line 4-3 Jumbo No. 1 Lode Survey No. 504 a distance of 002.0 feet to corner no. 3, identical with location corner and marked by an iron bar three quarters of an inch in diameter 4 feet long set 2 feet deep with a copper tag attached,marked “Cor. 3 Jumbo 9-1073’’ and by mound of stone 3 feet base one and one half feet high alongside. Thence, North 77degrees, 53 minutes, East, a distance of 1500.00 feet to corner no. 4 (point inaccessible). Thence, South 37 degrees, 7 minutes East, from true point for corner, a dis tance of GG2.00 feet to corner no. 1, the place of beginning, containing an area of 20,000 acres. Variation at all corners 30 degrees 00 minutes East. This claim is bounded on the north erly side by unsurveyed government land; on the easterly end by Jumbo no. 10 Lode, U.S. Mineral Survey no. 1073; on the southerly side by Jumbo no. 7 Lode, U. S. Mineral Survey no. 1049; and on the westerly end by Jumbo no. 1 Lode, U. S. Mineral Survey no. 504, all of which lode claims are owned by said Kennecott Copper Corporation. JUMBO No. 10 LODE CLAIM. Beginning, at corner no. 1, identical with position of location corner and corner no. 4 Jumbo no. 8 Lode, U. S. Mineral Survey no. 1049, whence U. S. Location Monument no. 4 bears South 11 degrees, 50minutes, East, 2490.90 fept, corner inaccessible. Thence, South 77 degrees, 53 minutes West, from true point for corner, along lino 4-3 Jumbo no. 8 Lode, IT. S. Min eralSurvey no. 1049,1500.00 feet to corner no. 2 identical with location corner, corner no. 4 Jumbo no. 7, corner no. 3 J umbo no. 8 Lode, U. S. Mineral Survey no. 1049, and corner no. 1 Jumbo no. 9 of this survey, previously described, copper tag marked “ cor. 2 Jumbo 10” in addition toother markings described in connection with descript ion of corner no. 1 Jumbo no. 9 Lode hereinbefore contained. Thence, North 37 degrees, 07 minutes, West, along line 1-4 Jumbo No. 9 Lode, of this survey, (5(52.00 feet tocorner no. 3, identical with location corner and point for corner no. 4 Jumbo no. 9 Lode, this survey. Corner not set inaccessible. Thence, North 77 degrees, 53 minutes, East, from true point for corner, 1500.00 feet to corner no. 4, identical with loca tion corner. Point inaccessible. Thence, South 37degrees, 07 minutes, East from true point for corner, (5(52.00 feet to corner no. 1, the place of begin ning. All corners of this survey in common with cornerof U. S. Mineral Survey No. 1049 are marked as herein before indicated in descriptions of Jumbo No. 9 Lode and Jumbo No. 10 Lode of this survey, containing an area of20.0(50acres. Variationat all cor ners 30 degrees00 minntes, East. This claim is bounded upon the north erly side and easterly end by unsurvey ed government land; on the souther ly side by Jumbo No. 8 Lode, U. S.
