The names of the twenty-three I persons cited were withheld. The list was said to include several peace officers. Deputy federal marshals will be sent to Becknam county, in which Erick is located, to serve the warrants. The crime is punishable by $5,000 fine, ten years' imprison ment and disfranchisement.
