By l nited Prefm WASHINGTON, Dec. 16.—The White House officially announced today that President Herbert Hoo ver has no plans whatsoever for an other conference with President- Elect Franklin D. Roosevelt. The announcement was a denial of reports that the chief executive was considering turning again to his successor for counsel on the methods of procedufe on war debts between now and March 4. The reports fame to the atten tion of the President, it was under stood, and a White House secretary forthwith flatly denied any such meeting was under consideration. “The President is not contem plating any such action,” the sec retary declared. “No such confer ence is being considered.” MISS KATE HYLAND CLAIMED BY DEATH Aged City Woman Served Kahn Company for Forty Years. Miss Kate Hyland, 82, a native of Indianapolis and a tailoring worker most of her life, died Thursday in her home, 1645 North New Jersey street. Miss Hyland retired about four years ago. She was for almost forty years employed by the Kahn Tailoring Company. Funeral services will be held at the John F. Reynolds mortuary, 1415 North Pennsylvania street, at 9:30 Saturday and at 10 in SS. Peter and Paul cathedral. Burial will be in Holy Cross cemetery. She was a member of Cathedral parish and the Third Order of St. Francis.
