By f nitrd Pfrgg CHICAGO, Dec. 17.—Machine gun assassins killed John Rinella, 30, suburban roadhouse owner, Friday alter an argument over his refusal to deal with anew and x mysterious liquor syndicate which has sprung up in opposition to the remnants of Al Capone's gang. Rinella was found sprawled be hind the bareof the club, a west side suburban roadhouse which he acquired two months ago, by Miss Marie Flack, who described herself as his sweetheart. His body was riddled with bullets.
