A big house greeted "The Arrival of Jack Jonnson" at the cosy Savoy Theater last night, when the Walan Magrath Comedy company produced one of Its really up-to-date sketch is, in which Jim Magrath, In black face as usual, demonstrated that he was almost tho real Jack Johnson of ring fame. His Interpretation of this role was a side splitter and kept the whole house laughing. The sketch, while a farce comedy, brings out many good jokes. Will Walan, Lot Raymond and Nellio Howard filling in most accept ably. Catchy songs were introduced by Dot Raymond, the dainty little baby drawl singer and she won applause for each number., The new films wero excellent. In fact the Savoy is sus taining a reputation for the excellence of Its film subjects, the "Old Glory," patriotic reel being one of tho finest ever shown in the city.
