You and each of you are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of the 23rd Judic ial District, State of Kansas, sit ting in and for the county of Trego in the state of Kansas, by I. ' Miss Alma Courtney arrived home Tuesday evening from Kansas City where she was called last we.ek on account of the illness of her sister Miss Ida, whom she reports is now getting along nicely. A son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Dietz is suffering from a broken leg receiv ed Sunday while attempting to un load a barrel of oil from a wagon. The barrel slipped and both bones of the right leg were broken. Dr. S. L. Allison, pastor of the Presbyterian cbnrch, left Monday night for Dallas, -Texas, as a delegate from the Osborne Presbytery, to a meeting of the General Assembly, that will hold a two weeks session at Dallas. Dr. Jones was called out to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Mohr, who live on the Hillman place'east of town, Tuesday to attend their son who was suffering a loss of considerable blood from a cut about three inches long on the right wrist. The doctor found tliat the radial artery had been cut into and aside from closing up the artery it took several stitches to close up the .flesh wound. M. I.
