The ection to be drained includes all that extant of land comfrlsed between Esplanade street. the River, Press street, Claithorne Cattal, the Pontchartraia Rail road on Elysian Fields streets,. GenTilly Ridge, MtIar igny Canal from' Gentill Road to the draining ma chine, andtBao'ou St. John. Tihe engine and building sha'll be delivered to the contractor in good condition, and it shall be the daty of said contractor to take care of the samee, make atll - repairs and improvements which should be wantedatst his own erpense, alwayn heep them ir the best repail and rohdition, and, at the expiration of his contract, return to the city tile hald engine and building in pen feet order and condition.
