A Pa.rrv INCIDENT.-A correspondent of the Boston Traveler gives the following incident, which is worthy of record, as it shows that without any inconvenience to ourselves we can otten aid others: A lady in this city had invited two of her friends to pass the day with her, and accordingly made all necessary preparations; but the morning came and brought no guests; the dinner was upon the table, still no one arrived. A faint, timid knock was heard at the door, and two little beggar chil dren were there. "Please, marmo, give me some cold victuals?"' The good lady looked throughthe closets, but found nothing really suitable to send away. Directing the children's attention to the window, she pointed to a small pile of broken bark and said: "If you will go to work and carry that Into the cellar I will giveyouyour dinner and some money. Sunsiine spread over the before clouded little faces, and the children worked in good ear. nest. They were soon invited in and sat down to the same food prepared for the Invited guests; one could not but be pleased to see the eargareeswith which they ate; everything was done that would have been for the expected company, save that what was intended assa omplpment wga'trned Into a real chrity.
