"GET YOU SOME" AT POND'S OFFICE Sept. 20. as all the delinquent shares I had are now sold, and many of my friends are still unsupplied, I went to Kansas City today to see if I could "pick up" any more of the good International Stock. I went direct to the head office, and found that they had several thousand shares that had lately lapsed on account of sickness or death. I spoke for them; thev said. "Take them all, and clean them all out at 15 cents." Therefore, I again ask vou to consider this investment, as the best that ever has or ever will be of fered you. . . . The sum and substance of Col. Pender's letters and report dated Sept. SO. 1st. I have everything needed to com plete the first 60-ton mill, which will be running in November; the other 50-ton mill will follow. 2d. The saw mill and foundry are run ning at full blast: am making duplicate of all castings liable to break; these Im provements will save us over $10,000 above their own cost on this first 100-ton mill, and thousands on every one cf the future mills. Shall have electric plant running by Oc. 15. the compressed air drills by Nov. 15. This winter the long tunnels will cut some of our largest veins 700 to 875 feet below the top of the mountain, and give us enormous ore . banks, with millions upon millions of value which we can knock down, and get to the mill, and not cost us over $2 per ton. 3d. Since I took the property 18 months ago, every move I have made found noth ing but rich gold ore, everywhere, and lots of it. During September we have struck several new veins of the richest and most beautiful gold ore you ever saw. I wish all our shareholders could come and see ii: it would increase your faith in our great property, and help you to more readllv see how it is that we expect to pav such laTge dividends. In all my 40 vears in putting mines onto a paying basis I never was more certain of great success than I am right now. 4th. Shall ship the high grade ore to the smelters, and put all the rest through the mill: it will easily average us even $100 per ton. giving us $5,000 per day on 60 ton mill, and $10,000 on the 100-ton mill, giving 20 per cent yearly dividends on par value of all stock. Twenty p.er cent yearly is 5 per cent ouarterlv. that means $50 every 90 days on every thousand shares, beginning about next March. This gives every investor 133 per cent, on every dollar he puts into this stock at 15 cents per share. If the other eleven 100-ton mill, it will be the heit Investment ever offered to the small shareholder in Topeka. These shares takes in all the twelve miles and the twelve 100-ton mills upon them. You pav this once, that's the end of it. No assessments. If ever you loose your money come to me, arrangements have been- made to pay back all you invested -with 10 per cent interest. Topeka Is full of people who are looking for good safe Investments, with large profits. Come and try mine for once. Present terms until further notice. Per year on first mill, t 15 buys 110 shares, dividends, $ 2n . 80 " 200 " " 40 45 " 309 " " 60 60 " 0 - " " 80 105 " 7O0 " " 140 150 " 1000 " " 200 aio oooo 400 4.
