bership in a lodge of Masonsof
tho Ancient and Accepted Scottish
Kite. Lawson now feels aggrieved
because he is not to bo tried on this
charge before his own chapter

Ho charges that this action haB
been brought about by Adolph
Jlewol, .John W. isoytl and Yor
milyn, who, he says, aro in a con
spiracy to depnvo him of his

Court to forbid any effort to try
him except before his own
chapter. Ilo named Boyd, Howol,
Vormilya and ninety-seven other
members of tho Grand Chaptor
and subordinate chapters as do

Mr. Spreckols wanted to bo sued
at homo, bo ho brought the action
mentioned.

Hawaiian courts, so far as tlioy
went beforo tho injunction secured
by Mr. bpreckels Btoppod them.
