and J. 0. Scribuer that of Olaa in
Mr. Kiug's old place.
It was also voted to transfer S.
O. Biddell from Hacnn, Kauai, to
Kauohuhu, Hamnkuti, in the placo
of F, E. Greenfield, resigned.

houses at the leper settlement.
President Smith read a letter
ho had received from O.A. Brown,
a member of the Board, recom
mending tho Norwood filtration
process as tho best suited to Ho
nolulu. Agent Reynolds was
directed to send certain datu re
quired by Mr. Brown aud a speci
men of tho Nuuauu resorvoir
water.
After Bomo discussion on fish
ing in tho harbor a motion to
rescind tho regulation prohibiting
fishing in tho harbor was carried
by a unanimous vote.
