it nnd add slowly a pint of cream, in

Beat it whilo cooking, pour in gently a
Httlo cream to blend It and cook it un
til it is as thick as mayonnaise. Do not
allow it to boil for fear of curdling.
Pour tho lobster pieces in it and let it
cook until it is heated through. Too
much cookit-g toughens lobster meat.
Just beforo serving pour a glass of sail
tcruo or sherry over nil and servo hot.
Tho dish may bo garnished with trian
gular pieces of toast, and crisp cheese
strawH will bo a uico addition.

Stir tho yolks of 3 eggs with a half
cupful powdered sugar to a cream, add
a hulf cupful omugo juicu und u table
spoonful lemon juice. Bout tho whites
to n stiff broth, add tho orango mixturo
slowly to the beaten whites whilo boat
ing constantly. Add Inst a cupfnl
whipped cream.

lossor.
"Section 4. Evory Bitch lease

roquost in writing by tho lesseo or
his representatives, beforo tho ex
piration thoreof, tho promises with
tho improvements, shall, if all of
tho conditions to bo porformed by
