C-A. S. S. Co. the bunch of twenty-
nine summonses of tho Hogan Mins
trel Company Tuesday morning and
ahowod them to T. Rain Walker, that
rentlerann refused to acknowledge
them. A little later on, Messrs. Dallou
and McClanahan appeared at tho polloo
satlon and, together with Marshal
Brown, they proceeded to the ofllco of
T. H. Davles & Co.
Mr. Wnlker stated that T. H. Davles
& Co. only hail limited responsibilities
so fnr fiR tho C.-A. S. S. Co. was con-
corned. They were not agents to the
oxtont ot representing tho homo com
pany In a damage suit.
Marshal Drown said nothing In ans
wer to this nut served tho papers and,
upon reaching tho police station, mado
his returns to tho clerk.
