The Atauna Loa from Koni ports this
morning brought 9402 bags of sugar, 135)
bags coffee, 62 bundles bananas and 5c 0
packages sundries.
As reported In the Bulletin previously,
the Zealandla, Instead of coming here
direct will deliver her 800 Porto Rlcans at
their different destinations on other Isl
ands. The steamer Sierra which left here for
San Francisco on the 3d Inst., made the
run In 5 diys and 14 hours. Sheairlved
Saturday the oth.. too late to enter, and
her passengers were landed the following
day.

An ordinary steamer bolt of the class
used In the lnter-lsland traJe, fitted u It ti a
Union Gas Engine, was brought litre In
the Hanalel. The boat will be used .is a
tender (or the Atauna Loa. It Is the Inten
tion of the Compiny to provide all its
larger vess-ls with such tenders. They
will be used for towing sugar boats.
The Ventura Here.
The steamer Ventura, third and last of
the Oceanic Company's sister ships, ar
rived here last night, after a fast and
pleasant trip from San Francisco.
The vessel was delaed two days wait
ing for the English malls, else she would
have arrived on time She had loo pas
sengers for this port and nejrly 800 tons
of freight. For the Colonies, she has a
number if passengers and 1500 tons of
freight.
The Ventura Is like her sisters In eveiy
thing but colors, as she Is piln'ed black.
She will leave for the Colonies this after
noon at 4 o'clock.
