TO PROVIDE FOR A HOSl'ITAL IN THE DISTRICT OF NORTH K0.
HAM. ISLAND OF HAWAII

SECTION 1. That the Board ol Health shall establish a Hospltnl at
North Kolinln, Island of HawAii, to be known as the Kehala Hospital,
which shall be under the supervision and control of the Board of Health,
SECTION 2. The Hospital shall be maintained more especially for
tho benefit of IndiRcnt persons, but moderate and reasonable payments
may be required of patients who are able to pay the same
SECTION 3. That nil moneys received from paying patients or other'
wise shall be paid over to the Board of Health, provided, however, that
such moneys shall be used as additional pecuniary support for the insti
tution, whenever it shall be deemed necessary, nnd all such moneys so ex
pended shall be accounted for to the Board of Health
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect from and after the date of
its approval.
