Health, until 12 o'clock noon, Tuesday,
June 20, 1911, for supplying the Leper
Hottlcinent, Mnloknl, with beef cattle
tor the period of six months from July
1, 1911, to December 31, 1911, under
the following conditions, namely:
1. Tho bidder must offer to furnish
fat beef cattle to weigh not less than
3D0 pounds net when dressed, In lots

the Superintendent of the Leper Set
tlement, delivered at the Leper' Settle

2. Hides, tallow and offal to be the
property of the Board of Health.
3. Each bid must bo for tile price
per pound live weight, with an alter
native offer of a price per head.
4. Tho successful bidder must agree
that nil cattle nre offered for delivery
subject to the right of the Superintend
ent of the Leper Settlement to reject
any or all unfit for use, In which event
other cattle must be forthwith fur
nished to make up the required num
ber and those rejected forthwith re
moved at the expense of the bidder.
All bids must bo, submitted In ac
cordance with, and subject to, the pro
visions nnd 'requirements ot Act 62,
Session Laws 1909.
Tenders must be accompanied by a
certified check equal In amount to G
per cent, of the tender on the basis of
60 head per month, or CO head per
