SUCTION B. No food or foodstuffs hereinbefore mentioned shall be ex posed for sale or displayed unless the bottom of tho box or other refceptacle, containing such article. The provisions of this Ordinance shall npply to nil morkets, market stalls, stores, stands, cafes, res taurants, and other places, whether li censed or unlicensed, at which food, foodstuffs, confections or provisions for human consumption aro kept for sale, nnd to all licensed or unlicensed vehi cles from which nny food, foodstuffs, article of diet or confection Is Bold or offend for salo.
