WASHINGTON, D. C, April 27. Delegate Kuhio and other representatives of the Ha
waiian Islands appeared today at the hearing of the House Committee on Immigration, to
protest against the educational test incorporated in the immigration bill that has passed
the Senate and is now before the House. It is proposed that Hawaii shall be excepted
